Please be aware that due to shipping limitations from our suppliers, we regretfully cannot deliver to the following countries: Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Russia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, and Syria.

Imports & Customs Charges:
Please note that Candyfloss Collection cannot be held responsible for any additional import or customs charges.

For our valued French customers, we kindly advise against placing orders exceeding €150 in value (inclusive of shipping fees). If you're tempted to order more, we suggest dividing your purchase into smaller orders, each totalling less than €150.

For our European Union customers, any orders exceeding the €150 IOSS threshold (excluding France) will be subject to duties, which the customer is obliged to cover.
